11. Terms of use and uploading files to Kol Halashon

You should read this Agreement carefully and make sure you understand it. If you do not understand the agreement, or you do not want to accept any part of it, you may not use the service.

Kol Halashon as a platform for disseminating Torah, allows the uploading of Torah content including videos, audio files and texts written by private parties, for the benefit of the public.

In order to enable us continue to serve Klal Yisrael without harming and being harmed, those who use Kol Halashon are obliged to comply with the following conditions. Praying that we will be able to sanctify the name of Heaven and that we shall not falter.

A. Any uploading and sending of content to the site should be adapted to the rules and the nature of the site

B. Kol Halashon has no responsibility for the preservation of the content or any damage that may be caused to its owner.

C. Before each upload or sending, it must be carefully checked that the content does not cause any moral, halachic or legal harm to any party. The responsibility for the uploaded content lies solely with the uploader

D. Be especially careful of violating privacy or copyright, including when using sound tracks, or images within videos, etc.

E. The truthfulness of the content and the accuracy of the messages appearing therein are the sole responsibility of the advertiser

F. Videos on which a name or link of another website appears may not be uploaded to Kol Halashon, without exception.

G. Opening an extension for Kaballah shiurim: a request must be sent to the Kol Halashon secretariat to open this extension. Access to the Kabbalah folder will be with an access code only. You must indicate to us how one can receive the code - give the phone number of a contact person responsible for delivering the code to the listeners

H. Kol Halashon reserves the right at any time to remove any content deemed appropriate without being required to provide explanations or justifications for this

I. If you received a warning from the site about unfair use, do not upload additional content in any way until re-approval is received.

J. Even if you did not receive any warning or comment for a long time, this is no proof or waiver on the part of Kol Halashon. Any question or clarification that will be required will be decided by the Beis Din chosen by Kol Halashon.
